Instructional Video Identification and Evaluation.

In the past few days, I have been exploring various topics and came across three instructional videos while searching for various things. These videos cover the categories of cooking, hobbies, and school. I have been looking into finding a new recipe to try, work on how I study and any study tips I could find since I have been out of school for 2 years, and I’m trying to start a new hobby of crocheting. Thus why I chose to cover the below videos and go over a little video identification and evaluation. Please note that Youtube is a very popular  place for videos in the “wild”. No matter the site, I was almost always directed to YouTube or a YouTube video was embedded into the site.

Crochet a mini bee for beginners:tutorial

Firstly, “Crochet a Mini Bee for Beginners: Tutorial” provides clear instructions suitable for beginners aged 12 and up. The video emphasizes the importance of visual demonstration in learning crochet techniques, such as various chain types used to create the bee. The presenter’s explanations are complemented by on-screen instructions, maintaining simplicity and clarity without distractions.

How to cook tuscan chicken 

Secondly, “How to Cook Tuscan Chicken” was chosen to explore a new recipe. The video is straightforward and instructional, guiding viewers through each cooking step with practical tips, including safety precautions like using a splatter guard. The sequence of instructions is well-organized, making it easy to follow along in the kitchen.I did actually end up giving this video a try and allowed it to guide me through the process of making this dish.I made mine over  rice and it came out really good! I did add to it a little though (picture below).

How to ace that test and study better.

Lastly, “How to Ace That Test and Study Better” was helpful in refreshing study skills after returning to school for a master’s degree. While some advice in the video didn’t directly apply to my field of study, the tips provided were generally clear and accessible. The video’s layout allows flexibility in applying study techniques, although there’s no specific order required. 

Overall, accessing these videos was relatively easy, despite having to sift through multiple versions of recipes or study tips available online, as well as all the how to crochet a bee for beginners.
